Law Office Fit-Out Proposal
Design proposal for your new office

Two private offices and a reception, built simply, in the room you already have.

Pick the windows, pick a colour, walk around it in 3D and see what the materials cost. Every price comes from the shop's own product page, and every line has a button that opens it. Tell us what you like and what you would change. It takes about five minutes.

Your office in the selected colour
Step 1

The layout

Two offices sit side by side along the window wall, each about 5 ft 11 in by 7 ft. Reception and the printer are at the front. The walls are 7 ft 10 in high. Above them, up to the ceiling, frosted sheet lets the light through and leaves a small gap at the top for air. Nothing is fixed to the ceiling, and the existing furniture, light and sockets stay in use.

Windows beside the doors

Measured room: 11 ft 10 in wide, 13 ft deep, ceiling about 10 ft. Dimensions on the plan are confirmed from site measurements. The existing window is in a solid concrete wall, and the other three walls are drywall.

How the walls are built

Plain timber studs, boarded both sides. Each door opening has one stud on the latch side and two side by side on the hinge side, because that is where a door pulls and slams. The door hangs directly in a 2 ft 6½ in opening, edges protected with angle bead.

Power and lights

No new wiring and no electrician. Each office gets a 4 ft plug-in LED light, fixed high on the side wall, with the lead running down neat white trunking to an existing socket. The room's existing light stays.

Step 2

Choose the colour, then walk around it

All the new walls are painted. One accent colour goes on the front wall that visitors see, and everything else is white. Paint is the cheapest finish, and a good colour does most of the work.

The finishes

A different colour, a logo wall, a coat rail, plants, anything at all. Tell us in your own words.

Your selection from different angles

The pictures are design impressions made from the 3D model, so the walls, doors, windows and furniture sit where the plan puts them. Colours and finishes are close, not exact. The desks, chairs, glass table and printer are the ones already in the room.

Step 3

Materials and price

The list follows what you chose above. Each line shows the real price read from the shop's product page, and a Buy now button that opens that page. Everything is bought at cost against receipts, and you get a copy of every invoice. Tap OK on a line you are happy with, or Change to tell us what you would prefer.

Add an item or a request and we will price it for you.

Step 4

Review and send back

Your general thoughts on the whole proposal: what you like, what worries you, timing, budget, anything.
