Law Office Fit-Out Proposal
Design proposal for your new office

Two private offices, a reception and a waiting area, in the room you already have.

Pick a layout, pick a look, walk around it in 3D, and see what it costs. Tell us what you like and what you want changed. It takes about five minutes.

Your office in the selected colour scheme
Step 1

Choose the layout

Light, full-height partition walls make two offices and leave the rest open for reception and waiting. Each office has a fixed clear panel beside its door with a frosted band at eye height, so you can see who is waiting and visitors can see when you are busy.

Plan dimensions are being confirmed on site and will be updated. The plan shows the lawyer and client seating, the wall shelves, the copier and where the decoration goes.

Electrical plan

Where the sockets, data points, switches and lights go. Sockets on the new walls are wired inside the wall. Light cables run in neat white casing on the ceiling.

Step 2

Choose the look, then walk around it

Every scheme mixes a textured wallpaper on the new office walls with a quality paint colour on the rest of the room.

The finishes in this scheme

A different colour, a logo wall, a coat rail, plants, anything at all. Tell us in your own words.

Your selection from different angles

Furniture in the pictures and the 3D model is there to show scale and mood. It is not part of this price. The realistic pictures are design impressions made from the 3D model, shown with the window-panel layout.

Step 3

Materials and price

The list follows the layout and colours you chose above. Everything is bought at cost against receipts, and you get a copy of every invoice. Tap OK on a line you are happy with, or Change to tell us what you would prefer.

Add an item or a request and we will price it for you.

Prices marked "checked" were read from the shop websites (Screwfix, and Wickes for plasterboard) on 7 October 2026 and include VAT. Prices marked "estimate" are placeholders until each product is agreed. Electrician and labour are separate and not in the total yet.

Step 4

Review and send back

Your general thoughts on the whole proposal: what you like, what worries you, timing, budget, anything.
